CUSTOMS SANDTON AND ARAMEX WORST SERVICE

Customs amd aramex have really made me fool for over 3 weeks now they keeping my shipmemt which i have already paid for to be cleared. i call, email these people almost everyday but still nothing..i have spent over R300 worth of airtime calling..They put me on hold for over 25 minutes and they end up cutting the call. My shipment ia just simply SHEIN clothes..What could be taking them so long to process my shipmemt..Could they be ******** people? what makes them so rude? They never respond to emails at all. I am so fed up with them and i have run out of ways of communicating with them. I am waiting for a parcel i ordered on the 3rd of August that is taking them so long.
