Customs paid what is the hold for Now???!!!

Was told my Goods are on hold due due to customs not being paid"Dear Customer, shipment AWB *** is awaiting customs payment, please email ***"" to settle the charges.i did pay and attached proof of Payment with the Reference number what is taking so long for my parcels to be delivered im not getting any feedback or response from Aramex Customer Service call center just rings and you'll wait forever for your call to be attended im so frustrated with Aramex service i wont even consider using it even in future...uselesss!!!!
