Customs clearance process taking 3 weeks .

I purchased an item from China and it was shipped within 2 days to South Africa . To date , I have not received my parcel . The consultants are completely rude and they continuously tell you that you aren’t the only customer they have so you should wait . I’ve been waiting for my parcel for 3 weeks now . I have sent countless emails and called every single day but I still have not received what is due to me .
