Customs Clearance Discrepancies / ***** Aramex Global Shopper

I received the followin breakdown on an item I purchased off e-Bay, that cost less than R500.

Customs details: Duties 167.70 ZAR Customs VAT 117.45 ZAR AGS Clearance NT 50.00 ZAR 1. I am by Law not supposed to pay Customs duties on items under R500 2. Customs Vat. (There is no such thing as Customs Vat in the Customs Act) 3. AGS Clearance NT. It is supposed to be included in the R200 I pay per shipment, as per my contract.

Aramex is collecting money **********ly from me and all of their Customers and *****ing us blind. I want the ********** charges to my account refunded. And yes, I am going to report the matter to SARS Customs. I sent a message on their Website asking for a breakdown that includes the Customs Duty Commodity Codes used. I am waiting for their reply, so that I can take further actions to root out this ******** Pratice of theirs... I am fed up with their **** service
