Customs clearance

I am writing this review because I have been waiting for a parcel I ordered on the 23rd of January 2026. The maximum delivery time for this parcel would be today the 16th of February.

My shipment has been in customs clearance for 10 days. They cannot inform me when I’ll receive my package, when it will be delivered or why it’s been in customs for as long as it has.

I was told wait an additional 3 days for an update. They have done nothing to escalate this matter. Every email is met with no updates or lack of information.

I am frustrated because I spent 1.5k on resources I haven’t received that is meant for a small business. This is not the brands fault. Aramex takes no accountability and hasn’t provided a solution for this matter.

Clearance that was meant to take 3-5 days is now pushing 2 weeks.

It’s been in transit for days. My package has not even left JHB yet.

Should there be delays or uncer*****y regarding shipment, the customer has every right to be informed.

This is not a reliable service and I will never make use of them again.
