Customers to Aramex is just money, NO SERVICE

I send a parcel out from Springs to Roodepoort, Ontdekkers rd. On their packet it shows they deliver within a 50km radius of Major Centres. If you google Johannesburg to Roodepoort it is 30.8km They claimed it is NOT and they said it will take 72 hours.... IT HAS BEEN A WEEK and their CUSTOMER services is BEYOND pathetic! Waiting now more than 24hrs for the response on their What's app line
