Customer threats/poor management of information

There is a woman claiming to be from Aramex who is calling me incessantly about some payment that she claims to be outstanding. The lady can't even articulate what exactly is it that she wants from our Compression Health company which closed operations months ago. If we ordered services from Aramex express almost weekly, how come your credit control staff doesn't have our email address, nor our names?<br> <br> This lady is insisting on \payment of outstanding invoices"but is at the same time unable to state invoice numbers or invoices"
