Customer services sucks!

Worst customer experience ever! They dont seem to care about their clients. They have attitudes and just keep repeating “your parcel will be delivered today we cant track our drivers” only to find out they **** about delivery for the past 2 days. After i spoke to several consultants about my parcel and why the driver don’t deliver mine, i asked to speak to a Manager. This lady whose name i wont mention, told me she is so sorry, she will call me first thing in the morning to tell me what time the driver will be here and promised it will be delivered today. (We shall see) Anyway I had to step out of my meeting to phone her this morning while she’s in a work meeting. So, she told me she cant just leave the meeting to call me. I mean seriously then phone me 6am and tell me that you forgot you had a meeting but will still phone me instead of leaving me hanging. Not even to mention how much airtime i wasted calling Aramex in 2 days time. Your customer services sucks. I will use someone else for my business next time.
