customer services s****s suck

i used there services and i can tell u now there services sucks i sent my parcel yesterday and as they say on there website and adverts that if u drop ur parcel before 3 it will be delivered the following day by 12 in my case they didnt i will never use there services again, i called there customer services spoke 2 4 agent and the customer services s****s sucks only one showed empathy the rest could care less
