Customer services NON existent. bad bad service

We sent a parcel on 28 June 2020 (Sunday). It was picked up by Aramex on Monday 29 June at 17:55 and arrived at the sorting facility at 18:51 on the same day. And that is the last update. We have been on the phone for what seems like hours, out of the 20 phone calls 16 cut off, I put the phone down twice after waiting for someone to answer for 10 minutes and the two times people answered, even though they were friendly, they couldn't give us any information and said that the parcel is probably on its way to the destination. Now that I am getting desperate, I will start resorting to making a scene until my parcel is delivered. What a shock to come to Hellopeter and see that they already received 13 bad reviews... TODAY. SHOCKING. Please deliver my parcel.
