Customer service line - on hold for 27 minutes before airtime ran out!!!

Although I have been very happy with them in the past, this time I tried to phone the customer service. After holding on for 16 minutes I went through to a switchboard where I was switched to a queue for customer service. After 27 minutes of holding on my airtime died. So many claims of fast delivery, yet when timing is crucial you cannot get through to them.
