Customer service

For a well known trusted delivery company I am so disgusted by the customer service... Delivery was suppose to take place on the 8th of February, I'm a housewife so basically I'm always at my house the entire day. The driver didn't bother to call me today and only to find out that my order will not be delivered today.. Whe. I ask the customer service consultant they have advised that I have changed addresses of which that is not true. They requested for a new address and cellphone number however their agent also advised me that the driver is not obligated to call since they are using their personal phones. Of which I don't understand...
