CUSTOM clearance going on for too long

I'm very appalled by Aramex, I have a shipment from China for an amount of about $14 and my parcel has been held for customs. I got an email saying I need to send my ID I sent it then called to check if they received it and they said they have received it and they will let me know once they get ago ahead from Customs. When I call again their phones are never answered.

This is shocking to me because I normally use DHL and it never takes for 5days for a parcel to be released on customs. There's not even any invoice for the whole week.

I want my parcel to arrive before Christmas and am waiting for it in a different city before I go home.

I'm not happy with ARAMEX service, very poor and they do not care, their services is very inefficient.
