Custom clearance and delayed delivery

I placed an order with shein on 30th September and estimated delivery was between 19th_22th October. I have been trying to contact Aramex from 25th of October until yesterday requesting a custom clearance with no luck. I even like I have been ****med. I bought those with the intentions of my son wearing them on Saturday the 6th November for his graduation but seems like he won't. I'm really disappointed with this courier company
