Courier service best known for losing packages

Good day.<br> <br> This is the second time where I have experienced bad customer service. A package was sent t me from Jeffreys Bay to Johannesburg. Sent 25 Nov 2015. Apparently the package was delivered at the wrong adress. The sender and me have logged several inquiries regarding this and were told that they would get back to us or that the driver would be in contact with us shortly. No such luck at all. The package contained very important medication which is vital to my health. <br> I suggest your drivers be equipped with Google Maps on smartphones and they definitely lack appropriate training. <br> I need to have this issue sorted before the end of today, 27 Nov. <br> Aramex is definitely a courier service I would NEVER use again!!
