*********** courier company, do not use!

Most *********** courier company. Only empty promises, excuses and lies. If you have any option do not use them. Previously Buffalo logistics was used and I received my package in 10 days from ordering packages so that 10 days included sending to South Africa, customs clearance and delivery, only 10 days! Its now been a month since I ordered and still no parcels. Only receive excuses and trying to get help from customer service is futile. How do I explain to everyone I will not be able to give Christmas presents? This is a major embarrassment for me, all because of 'n courier company that is *********** to do their job
