Courier

I have couriered a parcel last week Wednesday from Johannesburg to King Williams town,till today the reciever hasn't recieve their parcels.it should take about 2-3 working days to deliver a parcel I have called them, every time I call them they tell me that the it's on its way....that's is very very unacceptable to think someone had to cancel their plans and wait for a parcel and it is nowhere to be found....Im Very furious with the way Aramex handle this and very much disappointed
