Contact Centre is *******

<p>I am very upset because I have been calling all morning and I only get as far as "for collections please press 1" repeatedly, note your call is not toll free. I have called over 20 times today and even when I got through I am still put on hold because apparently your system is slow. This is the same problem I face EVERY WEEK. Can you kindly do something about this because I am not impressed</p>
