Constant Failure to Clear Items at Customs - Gross incompetence

Every single time with Aramex my package sits at customs for weeks. You state 48 hours or up to 5 days in case of inspection. Mine always takes several weeks because your clearance team fail to begin the clearance process. I'm sick to death of this with Aramex. This BS doesn't happen with other couriers. You really need to look into the competence of your clearance team and sort out this nonsense.
