Congrats and well done on excellent customer service

I would like share my expierance with Aramax. You see Monday 15th March 2021 at 11:00 I went to the pnp express shop here in verulam bought my aramax sleeve and put my parcel and sealed it.(please note aramax Pic up thier parcel from every pick up point at 3 the same day),well next day I went online to Track my parcel I was told no waybill found. This got me frustrated so I phone the office and a very consultant (preshanti) said to me the parcel wasn't picked up but its gonna pick up today the16th March 2021. Well this got me very angry cos I trusted aramax and they let me down cos my parcel was supposed to reach my sister bfre the 18th March or on that day cos it was birthday cos aramax promise they deliver parcel within the next 72 hours I felt very sad and said how could they do this but I was ease as the consultant(preshanti) told me dont stress be calm ur parcel will be delivered on time. Well today the 18th March 2021 at 8am preshanti phones me and tell my parcel is in transit so that put me in a such relief but still hoping that my sis gets her bday gift today. At 1:30 I recieved a call from my sis excited on the phone and said thanks for the birthday gift It was emotional for me and preshanti and her team kept to thier aramax. Well preshanti and team thanks a million url are truely a company that need a good praise and url made me and my mum dad and sister and family day. Well and congrats on awesome customer service and I will continue supporting you guys From Mohammed ziyaad and family
