Completely useless non service

Aramex your service sucks. You picked up an expensive laptop at Evetech on FRIDAY last week. It was marked OVERNIGHT delivery. Today is is the end of TUESDAY and still no delivery. Evetech needs to fire you and appoint a courier business that can offer a decent service. Zero updates on your system to tell me what is going on. I somehow think that the insurance I paid on the purchase is going to be used. I filled in all the right forms on your website to track the shipment and have received absolutely ZERO from you. Utterly disappointing and non existent service.
