Completely useless delivery service

The delivery service is completely ***********. Dropped off a package on Monday for Overnight delivery, only to find out that they didn't bother picking up the package until Wednesday and then Overnight means 72 hours for delivery. If you want something fast and reliable, go elsewhere. This service will only work for very slow unimportant things. When queried they just said, sorry we only do deliveries and pickups every second or third day...so why they call it Overnight? Because their staff are poorly trained to explain this to anyone...and we're not talking about outlying areas - Cape Town to Durban.
