Completely useless

I have never dealt with a more disorganised establishment. Not only does the email customer service response differ completely in the status by saying the parcel is lost and the telephonic customer service says it's not scanned in at the airport but it takes ages for them to answer the phone. This parcel was Christmas gifts for my children so not only am I going to disappoint my kids at Christmas I have no idea when it will be dispatched as everyone is away after Christmas. I see they dont bother to read their reviews nor do anything about their service but I needed it to be said
