completely dysfunctional website, poor service

The links you have provide to upload invoices and download cutom invoices do not work, clicking on the package reference just returns a "shipment not found" message and I have written to complain twice to the only email I can find ********** and have received two case numbers but no reply (JNB/0519/3391 - JNB/0519/2601). Reminders continue to pile up on this side to pay the customs invoice but there is no way to pay as the website is dysfunctional.
