Complete lack of service delivery

This company is worse than the Post Office!!! My parcel was collected on 22 March from Durban North and taken to their Durban Depot. On the 25th March it was placed in the “Beyond/Remote Area Sorting Location” where it is still sitting today 4 days later. It is to be delivered to me in Amanzimtoti - which takes 30 minutes to drive to from their location in Durban!!!! How on earth does this company manage to be still in business? They have no concept of customer service or service delivery whatsoever!!! Amanzimtoti is definitely not a remote area being a part of the same Municipal area. There are no contact details whatsoever on their tracking page. You may, however, speak with a Chatbot!!!!!
