Complaints Department Shouting at Customers

I sent in a complaint because my parcel was supposed to be here yesterday, however now I am told I might receive it the 6th of April.

A guy by the name Mpho phoned me and said the item was still in New York. I explained to him that when I put the teacking number in on THEIR website it shows it is already in South Africa.

The he says no and starts shouting at me. It's not my mistake and shouting at a customer is unacceptable. I will not make use of this service again if this is the attitude you complaints department has.
