Complaint wrt Aramax South Africa

I would like to place a complaint about the advertising and service of Aramex South Africa. They state in their leaflet that if you deposite a parcel into the Aramex Drop Box at any Pick a Pay before 15:00 on the particular day, that the parcel will be delivered by the next day before 12:00 to 'main centres'. I am sending a parcel to Vredenburg and after phoning the call centre it were indicated to me that the parcel will only reach it's destination by Tuesday next week. The information that 'Outlying areas may require up to 72 hours for delivery' is only printed underneath 'Conditions' in such a minute size that without my specticalls I can hardly see it. This information should be made clearly visible to the client in the leaflet. My parcel is urgent and if this information were clearly stated in the leaflet I would have made use of another courier service as this parcel had to be delivered TODAY! I am utterly disgusted with this courier service and will definitely NOT make use of their service EVER again.
