Complaint
My delivery was out to be delivered on Monday I called they said it will arrive at 17:00pm, it never arrived. On Tuesday morning I called I was assured it’s on it’s way, later on I called a lady told me my parcel was never picked up by the driver and she was to make it a priority and that I’ll receive it Wednesday. I just called Aramex again to be told my parcel was never picked up by the driver maybe they forgot it on the floor. I need my parcel delivered today.

21 May 2020, 18:21Today it’s Thursday I still haven’t received my parcel , no communication from the courier, I’ve been promised every time that my parcel is on the way every time I call. It’s passed 72hrs that Aramex promises, still nothing
