Complaint

I sent my parcel from Kokstad to Durban on the 22nd of December 2020 and on the 24th of December it was already in Durban, I tried tracking it again on the 1st of January 2021 (it was still in Transit).

I called them and they said they'll check with their branch in Durban and they'll get back to me I waited but they didn't. I called them again after 3 days and they told me my parcel was lost but they are still going to check and they'll call me back again on Monday ( which was yesterday) but they didn't call again. I called them again today but my call couldn't connect.

I'm still waiting on their call and hope that they find my parcel, But only God knows how long it'll take.
