Complaint about Aramex service

I have been waiting for my parcel since the 24th of Dec until now it hasn’t been delivered. Every time I check the status update is says “No one home, scheduled for the next business day” yet thy have me art called me. I’m disappointed about the service I’m receiving from Aramex, when I call the consultants are rude and not willing to assist. The last consultant I spoke she said she will give me a call back in 5 minutes with feedback on the hold of my parcel she never did. Her surname is Pillay.
