Complaint

Hello… could you please assist me, I sent my parcel by Aramex courier on the 20th December 2021, I haven’t received my parcel till today, and it’s been over a month now, I tried everything to reach them but they are not sending my parcel, the called me on Thursday 20th January and I had high hope that they will send my parcel but the haven’t. Could you please assist me, I really need that parcel. Thank you
