Complaint

I am utterly vexed by the appalling service I have been receiving from you Aramex. I still have not received my package, was couriered from Pretoria last month on the 28th of February. Spoke to the lady on Friday who confirmed that I'll receive it by the end of day as the status of tha package was "delivering " I have been tracking and making calls, operatives escalating but no feedback. See to this as it is an utmost inconvenience. Disgruntled customer.
