Complain, and I need my phone to be replaced.

I rate them 0. I shipped a cellphone with this company, to my daughter on the 11/04/2022, the delivery was expected to be done the following day the 12/04/2022, she never received it. We struggled to get proper communication with them throughout the whole entire time we waited for the delivery, it took them 10 days to tell us the phone was ******, after we made efforts to get someone to tell us what's going on and why is the parcel not being delivered as promised, as I was made to pay a fee for fast delivery. Only after 10 days they tell us the phone is ******, and now they are telling me no-one was responsible for my parcel, and now that its lost, nothing will be done. They have no curtesy to show remorse and to show they care and protect our items as customers. I need them to pay for that phone, some one must take accountability.
