I am very dissatisfied with this company, I sent a parcel for my customer on the 22nd of October. Till today my customer hasn't received her parcel. Does it really has to take 15 days to deliver. What about this fly by night thing they preach. They call my customer every day telling her that she will receive her parcel tomorrow. What really happened about the parcel. This is killing the image of my business. I had enough now. Last time it was a parcel to Vryheid.
