Communication sucks

If I could give this people 0 stars I would. I ordered a parcel from Shein and have absolutely no proper response from them as my parcel is being held at customs. No one will tell me why despite asking several times via email, the worst company to deal with. The numbers online don't work so the only way to make contact is via email and all the responses you get is "we will deliver it at the earliest time possible" I needed these before Christmas!!!
