CLOSE DOWN ARAMEX

I hope this business close down VERY soon. I ordered from Shein on the 23rd of October. It arrived in South Africa a week later. Then my parcel got stuck at customs, it wasn't released although O paid. Now, everytime I phone, they just tell me "I have sent an email to escalate your parcel". The status of my parcel haven't changed in 8 days. It's still stuck in Sandton somewhere. DISGUSTING service. The worst part is that I did not choose Aramex, Shein chose for me.
