Cheap is not best

I was sold lies when told aramex is safe and fast at delivering parcels i have sent a parcel on wednesday 23/06/2021 from rustenburg to phalaborwa till today the parcel has not reached its destination no communictaion or update as their stupid tracking system cant track or give details of my parcel as per id:DBP***
