Changing dates/Late delivery/No delivery - Poor Business Practice

Waiting for a delivery since last Thursday. Every single day an agent told me that it would come the next day. It's now Wednesday and I haven't recieved anything as everyday the delivery is too late since the initial reschedule.

This is absolute pathetic business practice for the customer. I am not one to complain but this is just the worst customer experience I have recieved from a business. I would not recommend.

Won't be surprised if the shipment is lost too.
