Can’t track parcel & No assistance from aramex

I am so unhappy My parcel was sent on Monday but on my end I am still unable to track, it says data currently not available. Worst part when I call the aramex call centres there’s absolutely no response, tried so many times it’s Frustrating.

I would be calm If at least were able to track n see where the parcel is…. I’m unhappy
