Cant realy complain about service because there isnt any.

All i can say is WOW! Im astounded at the lack of customer support. Instead of contacting me, they're contacting my supplier in India about my package! No attempt was made to contact me and now they want return my package to sender! Get this, I have been in talks with Aramex SA 2 days before my package cleared customs. ai I only received half of my shipment. They have the audacity to say that they couldnt get hold of me. While Zero attempt was made to contact me, not phone or email, when they have all my details on file? And I have logged a complaint about it... worst company in SA. On a side note, when i was working in Abu Dhabi, the company i worked for made extensive use of ARAmex, and never had any problems. In SA it seems they lack any form of leadership. I cant believe that customer service in the UAE is better than theyre SA branch... completely laughable
