Can't even send a parcel to a main centre - useless!
Yet another miserable performance by Aramex. You pay R99.99 for next day delivery and my parcel that was meant to go to Cape Town is sitting in Stellenbosch. You guys are such an *********** bunch of idiots. I am now told it will be rerouted tonight. Of course this has all the potential makings of the typical Aramex slippery slopes to infinity as rerouting a parcel can result massive delays. Cape Town is a main centre... how the (F@$#%) do you get that wrong?

Sitting on the chat bot with Aramex - supposedly the faster option to waiting on the telephone line... now for over 1hour and 15 minutes... to resolve a parcel that is on hold in Sandton waiting for address information.... that I have given twice now. I even have the sms from Aramex telling me that the information has been received??? What now? Wait for the chat bot agent, when, if - at all... terrible service!
