CANNOT FIND PARCEL

I am utterly disgusted in Aramex service,Its been 4 weeks to date ,my parcel has just gone missing and According to the website it states, 'your item is out for delivery from Johannesburg Express Head office' and each time I seem to inquire its a different story which now seems that the parcel is lost!I will definitely not leave it like this and won't advise anyone to use their putrid service.
