CANCEL ARAMEX!!!!!

I was expecting delivery on the 31st of March, driver didn’t come, only to come the next day, but without my parcel, telling me it was left behind at the warehouse, he’ll deliver it on Saturday, of which again parcel was not delivered. When I now contact Aramex I’m being told they can’t even locate my parcel they’ll investigate, this morning I track the parcel I see it’s in Pretoria, yet my delivery is for Johannesburg. Why did the driver not deliver on the expected day initially? As now, when I call no one can tell me exactly where is my parcel. This is the worst courier company by far!
