Can you complain about no service?

The worst service ever, parcel only registered as being processed 2 days after being sent, and since then no change at all. still being processed, a week later.

Did 2 enquiries via email and no response from them at all. This is ridiculous!

I really don't even know why I'm reporting it as they aren't even reacting to any of the complaints on here!
