CAN SOMEONE JUST BAN ARAMEX AS THEY ARE ****** ****ERS!!!!!

I sent a parcel on the 23rd of November got an sms right after DBP*** tried tracking and was told tracking number is invalid yet its the tracking number i received on sms. parcel was never delivered, i was calling everyday for 2 months from the time i sent the parcel and they were taking me from pillar to post for 2 months, only end Feb 2022 the manager by the name Prudence Thanjekwayo phoned me to tell me that the parcel was lost and there was nothing they could do. 12 of March sent another parcel DBP***, 2 WEEKS later still parcel not delivered, i call daily and they kept telling me the driver cant get hold of the client, how is it possible that they try delivering a parcel for 2 weeks no luck. i requested for proof to show that they are really calling the client but they cannot give me the proof, they lie and keep their the parcels to themselves until they say it was lost and moves on to the next target. Aramex is working with their drivers to ***** peoples parcels and getting away with it, can they be banned from operating, can their license be taken away please , ITS ALL A ****!!!!
