Call Centre not answering

I have tried probably twenty times contacting the clearance centre and they just simply don't answer the phone. I held the line for 30 minutes, no answer. The status online says they are waiting for my instructions, yet nobody have contacted me, and they are impossible to get hold of. I submitted an email enquiry, also no answer.
