Call center consultants are rude

Call center consultants are rude. Not very helpful and always seem annoyed when asked for assistance or tracking of packages. One waits a full month, or more, for packages to be delivered. There dates on delivery aren't accurate and it seems as though there is very little to no communication between the company and their drivers.
