Bunch of lyers

Good morning.

we are trying to get our parcel from Impaq Education. more than a week ago we were promised by Aramax it will be here Tuesday that just passed. I called on Tuesday to be informed that Aramex only deliver twice a week to our location and i will have my books by Friday. So yesterday I called to be informed that they couldnt make it. this is the lamest excuse ever. I was then asked if Im available for delivery today to which i rep**** obviuosly. So this morning I recieve a call from the driver who clearly just woke up 5 min ago to ask me how urgent is the delivery and can he make it on Monday. i said no i want it today to which he replies but he was in our town Vioolsdrift yesterday but coldnt get hold of us. they have my cell and land line ***. He is propably lying because if he was here why didnt he deliver the parcels as our adress is 200 m from the border and you have to drive past it ti get to Vioolsdrift.

Please this is utter ******* service and will make sure not to use Aramex again
