BS service from Aramex

Unacceptable!, I receive a call from the reception where I work at 09:20 AM. They tell me you have a delivery. 09:28 AM, I am down there. I ask the reception lady where is the guy that you called me about She says 'he was sitting down there, but it seem like he is gone". I check online to see the status of my parcel and I see that its set to customer not available. How the devil am I not available while I got down there within 10 minutes and the guy did not even bother calling me nor tell the lady down stairs that he was leaving. I never get this type of BS service with DHL, Fedex and TNT. I am no longer using your services again.
