BROKEN COURIER GOODS DUE TO PACKAGE HANDLING - DOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS AND DELETES THE EMAILS WITHOUT READING IT!
APALLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't give feedback and deletes emails without reading it after i sent a complaint about a delivery that was broken due to YOUR STAFF being negligent!
i noted on the parcel that the items were FRAGILE - i bubble wrapped it, put it in a thick courier box AND added courier protective paper.
the parcel arrived and the GLASS BOTTLE FILLED WITH PRODUCT WAS BROKEN due to YOUR NEGLIGENCE!
it was noted upon delivery, i sent photos and a complaint and THIS is how you respond, not taking responsibility, not even offering to refund courier fees.
i will now be reporting you to the CPS - ABSOLUTE SHOCKING!
